Terms of Service **Acceptance of Terms** By accessing and using the services provided by G&A General Services LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our services, including but not limited to, visitors, customers, and other entities that engage with our offerings related to commercial and residential cleaning within the United States. **Scope of Services** G&A General Services LLC specializes in providing professional cleaning services aimed at maintaining the hygiene and aesthetic quality of both residential and commercial properties. Our skilled team is committed to delivering quality service tailored to meet each client's unique needs. The scope of our engagement is determined at the commencement of services and may be adjusted per mutual agreement. **Service Agreement** All clients are required to enter into a formal service agreement with G&A General Services LLC before initiating any cleaning activities. This agreement will outline specific terms regarding frequency, duration, pricing, and nature of the cleaning services rendered. Clients agree to provide safe and adequate access to premises for our personnel during scheduled cleaning times. **Payment Terms** We require full payment for services rendered in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. G&A General Services LLC reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services for non-payment or breach of contract by the client. Any disputes regarding invoices must be communicated in writing within seven days from receipt for resolution. **Cancellation Policy** Clients may cancel scheduled services without penalty by providing written notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the agreed service fee. **Liability Limitations** G&A General Services LLC prioritizes safety and care while performing duties; however, we are not liable for any accidental damages or losses unless caused by proven negligence or misconduct by our staff. Clients are encouraged to secure valuable items prior to service appointments. **Modifications and Termination of Service** Terms stated herein may be modified at the discretion of G&A General Services LLC, with affected clients notified in advance where possible. We reserve the right to terminate services at any given time should there be violation of terms herein stated or unforeseen circumstances preventing effective service delivery.
